Although, PCCEX takes security of our clients and our platform very seriously, there are some other measures you can take to give yourself a piece of mind.
 


Ensure you choose a unique password. We require the password to have one capital, one lower case, one number and one symbol.  Always remember not to share your password and keep it confidential.


PCCEX uses GOOGLE 2 factor authentication system.

Download the Google Authenticator App onto your iOS or Android mobile device

  1. Login to your PCCEX on desktop and visit your profile page
  2. From the left side of the menu click Two Factor Authentication
  3. Open the Google Authenticator App and select Scan a barcode
  4. Scan the QR code on the desktop site with the app
  5. Enter the active 6 digit code on the app (these are active for 30 seconds)
  6. Click Enable 2FA

PCCEX uses a cold wallet also know as cold storage.  The cold wallet provides a highiest level security because the the wallet is secured at a place that is not connected to the network.


Two-factor authentication ( 2FA) is a type of multi-factor authentication. It is a method of confirming users’ claimed identities by using a combination of two different factors.

PCCEX uses QR code and the google 6 digit token code.


How it works:

Login to your PCCEX on desktop and visit your profile page.  Scroll down to center of the page and click “disable 2FA”

A message will automatically send to our office and we will send instructions or verify your account.

Before creating a support ticket, you need to create an account to access our support team.  This account is a different account from you login. After you complete the necessary information click the register tab.  An activation link will be sent to your email.

Complete the subject line with the title of the issue.

Provide in detailed information and description of your issue.

For issues pertaining to transactions, please include the following:  

  • A complete and detailed description of the issue.  
  • The coin or asset name and amount.  
  • The Transaction ID  
  • Please include the address you sent to and the address you sent from.  
  • Please make all submissions plain text only. Screenshots of text are not helpful.

We want to answer all ticket matters in a timely manner so please do not create more than one ticket for the same issue.

Always check ticket preview before submitting to ensure all the information is correct.
